History      

FIRM PROFILE

Originally founded in 1986 as Doyle, Hull & Gregory, CPA's, Inc., the firm was renamed The TABS Group Accountancy Corporation in January 2007. Based in Pasadena, California, The TABS Group (Tax, Accounting & Business Solutions) client list includes companies located throughout the United States in a multitude of industries. We specialize in meeting the needs of small and medium sized businesses from start-ups to firms with over $500 million in assets.

Our one-on-one approach to client service is based on a long-term relationship. Many of our clients have been with us since day one, while others continue from relationships that began with current partners in previous firms. In some cases, those relationships span more than a half century. We reinforce our approach to client service by constantly looking for the best alternatives for every situation, making sure that our clients know that we are part of their team.

Our clients include companies that have gone from start up to thriving multi-million dollar companies.  We also have expertise in servicing U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies. This is a specialized area of taxation requiring knowledge of such concepts as transfer pricing, international tax treaties and issues unique to California, such as Water’s Edge Election.
